Mountune Focus ST Sport Spring Set (14-16 ST)

The base of a great handling Focus ST is a set of lowering springs. Compared to stock spring set up lowering your center of gravity alone will improve the overall handling of any vehicle especially Ford's new 2014-2016 ST platform. Mountune engineers have worked closely with Eibach to bring to you this one of a kind set of springs for your new Focus. Mountunes goal was to provide their customers with a springs that enhances and optimizes the handling of the Focus ST while not overpowering the original shock absorbers.

These Mountune Focus ST Sport Spring Set will make your ST handle better on the track and still ride comfortably during daily driving. These springs hold characteristics of a progressive spring which allows for a comfortable ride and still gives the advantage of better handling during track days. The springs rates for these particular Mountune sport springs are increase by 15% over OE Ford spring rates. You will notice a drop in the front of your ST of 1" and a rear drop of 1.4".

With the overall change in your suspension geometry you will notice vast improvements in handling performance over stock springs. The lower center of gravity allows for a reduction in body roll, wheel hop, brake dive, and understeer. You will notice increases in traction and overall handling, not to mention tasteful car stance with the added lowering.
