These pulley slow down your accessories about 25%, reducing the the drag on your engine. They even bump up gas mileage and increase accessory life. You get all hardware, instructions. 2000 & 2001 owners must check their stock balancer before ordering. There are 2 different style balancers for these years and they are not interchangeable!
